Un + Une

Antoine (Jean Dujardin of THE ARTIST) resembles the heroes of the films for which he composes the music. He has charm, success, and goes through life with a certain lightness and lack of commitment. When he’s hired to work on a very original version of Romeo and Juliet in India, he meets the wife of the French Ambassador, Anna (Elsa Zylberstein of I’VE LOVED YOU SO LONG), a woman who looks nothing like him, but who attracts him more than anything. Together, they will experience an incredible adventure…

Join us for a special French Cinémathèque and Villa Albertine co-presentation, in honor of the Avalon’s Centennial, of Claude Lelouch’s 2015 film UN + UNE, starring Elsa Zylberstein and Jean Dujardin. Lead actress Elsa Zylberstein will join us for a post-screening Q&A and each attendee 21+ will be offered a free glass of wine prior to the film.
